· Provide administrative support to credit union management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
· Assist with member inquiries and transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
· Maintain accurate records of member accounts, transactions, and correspondence.
· Process loan applications and assist members with loan inquiries, including gathering necessary documentation and explaining loan terms.
· Monitor and maintain members insurance on collateralized loans held by credit union.
· Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including preparing marketing materials and coordinating events.
· Collaborate with other credit union departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent member service.
· Assist with compliance-related tasks, including monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
· Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
· Provide support to credit union staff in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
· Ability to sit, stand, and move inside the building.· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field preferred.
